What it does

HSKWin combines exam-style practice with vocabulary resources and feedback on written and spoken responses. Its value is organizing practice and identifying errors to revisit, rather than supplying an official assessment of language proficiency.

Access and cost

The free plan includes a full mock attempt and limited daily AI marking. The $5.99 monthly plan lists three timed mocks per month, fuller reviews and expanded marking access. Unlimited AI marking should not be confused with unlimited timed exams, and the free score report does not include every paid review feature.

A useful study workflow

Take a practice paper at your target level, record the question types you miss and review the explanation against the passage or audio. For writing, submit a short answer with a known grammar issue and check whether the feedback identifies that specific problem. Revise it and ask a qualified teacher to assess a sample of the corrections before relying on automated feedback routinely.

Limits

Match preparation materials to the version and format confirmed by your examination centre. A practice score or displayed pass probability is not a guarantee of an official result. Speaking feedback can also be affected by recording quality; use consistent microphone conditions when comparing attempts.

How can you track useful progress?

Keep an error log grouped by vocabulary, grammar, listening detail and time management. Revisit the same underlying skill with a different question so improved recall is not mistaken for broader proficiency. Compare first drafts with revised answers and note which corrections a teacher accepts. Use the feedback to plan the next study session, while keeping official preparation resources as the reference for exam format.

Which workflows should you compare?

Compare official practice materials and teacher feedback for exam alignment. General note tools can help organize mistakes, but they are not substitutes for an exam-specific question bank.
