Image to Calendar
Image to Calendar extracts event details from schedule photos, screenshots, flyers and PDFs. Review the detected titles, dates, times, time zones, locations and recurrence rules, edit anything uncertain, then download a standard ICS file for import into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or another compatible app.
How the workflow works
- Upload a readable JPG, PNG, WebP image or PDF schedule.
- Inspect and correct each extracted event, especially dates, time zones and repeating patterns.
- Download the ICS file and import it into your preferred calendar.
The service does not sign in to or write events directly into your calendar. You control the final import, which helps prevent an unreviewed extraction from silently filling your schedule.
Free use and paid credits
The official pricing page offers one conversion without an account and two credits after Google sign-in. Paid credit packs are one-time purchases; the listed Starter pack is $9.90 for 30 credits, Pro is $19.90 for 100, and Power starts at $39.90 for 300. One successful file conversion uses one credit, failed conversions do not, and purchased credits do not expire. Check checkout for current terms.
Privacy and accuracy limits
The vendor says uploaded files are processed in request memory and are not permanently stored by its app; an AI processing provider receives the file to extract events. Do not upload unrelated sensitive documents. Automated extraction can misread dates, times, locations or recurrence rules. Confirm every important event against the original schedule before importing.
Who may find it useful?
Students transferring class timetables, workers handling shift rosters, and organizers converting event flyers can use one reviewed file to avoid retyping many entries. It is less useful when the source is illegible or when you need automatic calendar synchronization.
Alternatives and practical check
For a small number of events, enter them directly in your calendar. For repeatable operations, compare your calendar provider's own import tools. Before relying on a large schedule, try a non-sensitive sample with an ambiguous date, a time-zone label and a recurring event; compare the exported ICS against the source.
