What task is this skill designed for?
Analyze five anonymized support excerpts to identify recurring problems and questions for a follow-up interview.
What input and output should you expect?
Input: Consented, redacted excerpts with stable IDs, sampling context, the product question and known gaps in who is represented.
Output: A theme table linked to excerpts, contradictory observations and an interview guide. Themes describe this sample rather than the entire market.
What does it need to run?
Agent Skills client and permitted research material. Public research needs source access; primary interviews need separate participant arrangements. Inspect the interviews-and-surveys reference before designing a study.
The pinned publisher README declares support for Agent Skills clients including Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Compatibility follows the publisher’s stated support.
How should you approach installation?
- Inspect the pinned SKILL.md, license and referenced files needed for your specific task before installation.
- Follow the publisher README for your actual Agent Skills client.
- Try the illustrative prompt with synthetic material in a separate workspace. Review the checklist and approve any publishing, account or external-message action separately.

What files, accounts or data can it access?
Reads potentially sensitive customer statements. Redact identifiers before uploading to a hosted model. Gathering public posts, contacting participants and sending surveys are distinct external actions; the document-only trial does none of them.
What does the skill cost?
MIT-licensed source. Agent subscriptions, model usage and optional research or analytics services have separate costs.
What are its limits and alternatives?
Small or self-selected samples can overrepresent vocal users. Generated personas are hypotheses, not interviewed people. Quotes must remain traceable and should not be synthesized into words nobody said.
Use Product Marketing to turn validated research into shared positioning. Use Copy Editing for wording improvements once evidence and audience needs are already established.
What could you ask in a small trial?
Try this with a small sample:
Analyze these five synthetic ticket excerpts. Link each theme to IDs, include one contrary example, separate observations from hypotheses and draft three neutral interview questions. Do not invent quotes or contact anyone.
How would you verify the result?
- Check quote text against the original excerpt.
- Retain contradictory or minority evidence.
- State sample limits and remove personal identifiers from the report.
Use a baseline and record acceptance evidence before treating a successful task as a reliable workflow.
