A practical evaluation task
Capture a permitted project discussion while writing only three manual notes: the decision, a concern and a follow-up. Compare the expanded notes with what participants actually agreed.
Use a non-confidential scenario with a deliberate correction and an unresolved question. Keep a reference summary outside the app. Ask a cross-meeting question only after checking the individual notes it will draw on.
What a useful result must pass
Verify that manual notes are not mistaken for verbatim quotations, the correction survives and unresolved questions are not answered by invention. Test whether another folder member can see only the intended notes.
Limits and data access
Bot-free capture still requires appropriate participant permission. Basic history limits affect later retrieval, while sharing and training preferences are separate settings. The plan page offers training opt-outs; verify the setting rather than assuming a default.
